Cancellations
Please inform us in due time if you have to cancel or rearrange an appointment. In case of a cancellation one day in advance, 50% will be charged, in case of a cancellation on the same day, 100% of the sum will be charged.
Minimum age
Admission to the wellness area is reserved for adults and youths from 16 years who are seeking peace and relaxation.
Being late
Out of respect to other guests, we trust that you understand that being late will reduce your treatment time.

Individual approach
Our therapists will ask you at the beginning of the treatment about your special wishes or problems in order to provide you with the best possible support. Please state any health problems, as some treatments may be unsuitable for you.
Tranquillity and peace
Treat yourself to at least half an hour of subsequent rest after your treatment and drink sufficiently Please do not use mobile telephones in our Palace SPA, and talk quietly out of consideration to other guests. Do not forget to lock your valuables in the room safe prior to attending a treatment.
