Cancellation policy

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival!

• For cancellations made between 2 weeks to 3 days prior to arrival, a 35% cancellation fee will apply.
• For cancellations made 1 day before arrival or in the event of a no-show, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
• In case of an early departure, the full reservation amount will be charged for the remaining stay.
